im rebuilding my turbo motor. got new apex seals, solid corner seals,and getting new side seal, apex seal and corner seal springs.

my question is can i reuse my current side seals?

ive measured them and the height is about in the middle of the spec. sped is 285 to 3.15mm mine average alil over 3mm

now the thickness is what im worried about. spec is .661-.686mm and mine are all around.661mm (right at min spec)



should i worry and replace or are these toloerances alil high?

 

What are the gaps between the side seals and corner seals? That is by far the most critical dimension.
