NEED MAJOR HELP

hey everyone i am having a big probleam right now and that is that i can get the timing right for my 89 FC please help. here is everything that i have done to it.I have a 6 port full bridgeport. J-TECH intake with Holly performer 600cfm duel feed. Racing beat headers, racing beat mufflers. The car is a 89' with a 91' engine. We set up another rx-7 with the same setup and the timing was correct on that one what i mean about that is the leading and trailing timing have different timing marks. there for it is working correctly. My engine on the other hand leading and trailing timing is on the same degree, both leading and trailing fire at the same time. for all response you can e-mail me at Mazda89rx7@gmail.com thanks
