OK over the past week I've been installing my rotary extreme V mount IC (very nice set up by the way). While I was at it I decided to go non-seq, block everything off, and add 1300's. I finished yesterday and started it for the first time...it smoked and smoked like a damn train. I immediately cut the car off. Then it was flooded of course. I decided to put the 850's back in and try it again with my pfc reset to my original map. I started it today and it still smoked. The idle was right at 3K and my injector duty was showing 39-40% on my AVC-R. I'm running out of ideas and things to check. I unplugged my idle control motor but the car is still flooded currently. I needed to take a break and go buy new plugs.

Does blocking everything off cause it to run extremely rich or rich at all?

I double checked what little vacuum lines I have and everyhting is good. (Using the rikki non-seq diagram)

My vacuum during the high idle with the 850's back in was around 5-10.

My mods: PFC and datalogit, cat back, hi flow cat, AVC-r, hks twin power, intake, v mount IC, non-seq

Any other suggestions???

man i'm gonna have to say you have a vacuum leak somewhere still.

Make sure the MAP sensor is back in. Make sure you have capped ALL the nipples on the UIM. There are 2 or 3 in front, and 1 big one for the PCV. Then there are 2 in the back. Make sure its alllllll capped. Make sure you have everything 100% sealed and blocked off with RTV.

As well, when u install 1300s, make sure you have changed the PFC to know it has 1300s in SETTINGS>INJECTORS

Well Sean found it (DeaconFrost). My throttle cable was holding the throttle up too much. I don't know why it needed adjusting because it was fine before. Anyway it works now! Thanks ttpete. Now I'll put the 1300's back in and see what happens.
