Why so technical? Why try to reinvent the wheel, I believe there is enough information here to do your mods and still accomplish your goals. You may need some original mazda rx7 SAE papers (Yamaguchi) to achieve what you are searching to find.

 

How would I get SAE papers on something that's not stock? Eh' if it works it works, as long as the thing drives, and I tried my best, I'm happy.

 

All that info and timing stuff you seem to want is provided in some of his papers. (if you did not know that ) It tells you what the timing change is in degrees if you changed the port timing by X-mm's. So your techinal approach is a waste of time, literally. Go do some research and you will find it. Go do something more constructive with your time .
