I am considering buying the turbo back racing exhaust from mazdatrix (the non street legal racing exhaust system). Is it worth the $789.00? Does it really give you 59 more HP or is that an over-estimate?

Its actually the Racing beat exhaust, and if you get the fcd then it will give you about 2+ boost and yea, about 60hp gain

 

It will raise your boost up to 10+ psi, so you will need the FCD. You should think about getting a Super AFC.
