Have started to modify the A-arms I had for the old setup.

Weld-nuts! Easy made in a manual lathe!

Just welding the shells on to the wishbone, and som painting.

 

2 weeks of car-vacation.
Worked out pretty good, 2 sorts to choose between also.
The only thing that doesn't work is my mobile camera

How do you decide what angles to use for suspension? Is there a common setup to use, or is this something that requires lots of math and engineering for each application to figure out what's best?

 

I have had alot of help on a Race-forum in sweden. But the double wishbone-setup in my Volvo has been in my mind and Solidworks for about 2,5 years more or less. There is so many things to calculate, and somewhere you have to give in...
