Since this was a discussion on things to help quirte the exhaust I was wondering if anyone has ever used this http://www.moroso.com/catalog/categorydisp...p?catcode=35001

I just order it, 3" in/out $57with shipping and tax. I got it because it seemed to be the only thing I could find that definitly would not melt used in place of the main cat.

I use the Borla on all the N/A bridgeport engines I build. 4inch. in 4 inch. out at idle it makes a noticeable difference. I like it like that. a wicked open exhaust bridgeport is sometimes to loud for competitiors to get use too. But when the engine is at WOT the car sounds really :yum:

Hey, that's pretty cool! Does it only come in mild steel? I bet a mild steel baffled MP + Moroso silencer/muffler may do the trick.

Has anyone ever tried the Edelbrock Victor Series race muffler instead of the Borla?

WOW, i hadn't seen that. I'm thinking of adding another muffing device to my exhaust system of borla xr1 and N1 for a muffler. I've contemplated going back to the dual setup for the FC,and using two N1 instead. One with each of these at the duals. If not then continue the single set up and add this before the N1.
