Best you could hit on stock turbo with 14 psi would probably be 250 rwhp. I don't know where you're getting 350rwhp from. You only need one filter.

You must be smoking some good *** crack. There are a few dyno sheets with people hitting 330~ rwhp with stock turbo's at similar boost levels. 350 rwhp only if the motor is ported (at 15 psi)
