I really do hope you get all the bugs worked out, but man, I'm looking at this as a tribute to my little 12a. I'd love to have more horsepower, but I don't know if I'd want to trade the reliability.

AH! i think I figured it out. I was driving it today, and whenever I hit boost, I hear like metal scraping sounds... previously whenever I hit boost it sounded like damn superchager was going... ya know WHAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!

Anyway im positive my turbo has taken a dump. that would explain the drop in oil pressure too I suppose. IM gonna check shaft play when I get home. Anybody got a s5 turbo manifold?

if you got CC on it then check that cable out. I know on my FC I had it slip off one time and made the throttle a bit difficult. I hope you got a simple fix. Maybe you need some more or better grounds to fix the alternator problem. Then again if you are buying any electrical parts from Schucks than I would look to blame the part first.

actually I dont have cruise, (something I refuse to use even if I do have it but the alternator came back to life last night... I have no idea what was up with it. But yeah turbo took a dump. I'm going to give alamo turbos a call today, if not that route then i'll be sending my s5 turbo in for a stage 1 upgrade at BNR... it should tide me over till i can afford all the proper mods for a GT35R upgrade.

Dont fret, I had two of the exhaust nuts start to back off the wastegate/turbo housing. I sure its the extreme heat and cooling. Now I just check them every few weeks.

I believe the guy that helped me was named Tom or Tony, pretty good guy, he happens to drive an older Supra turbo. Really knowledgable.

Hope that helps
