where you been Z. HE has it running now. Fuel lines were plumbed backwards. I don't know if he did it yet but it needed an alternator and the vacuum caps secured.

AH yes, alternator replaced! Vacuum caps secured! Walbro 255 installed. Got about 780 miles on the motor so far! Idles like a champ at 900 rpm. Seriously couldnt be happier with it.

I still have a few odds and ends to do to it. I gotta replace the winshield, i'll be picking up a racing beat exhaust in a few weeks. Then paint. Sigh, the work never ends.

I can relate to that... I am still working on mine... it is few and far between but I am sure that one day it will get there... Just needs a good tune now... the one that was in there is not working. I am thinking about taking it down to Brian Macy at HP connection and giving him the keys lol. Well if I ever get a free moment I would love to see you car in person... guess I have ot resort to pictures right now...

God dammmmit!! its really ******* up now.

SO like my alternator died again for some reason, and then for some reason the nuts came off my down pipe at the same time, so here I am driving home with crappy ignition and anytime I give it more than 5% throttle it gets loud as hell, and then to top it of I had some vacuum caps shoot off again.

So now I went for a little drive and it was fine, so I shut it off, waited about five minutes, then started it up again. I noticed my throttle for some reason felt stiffer... and that when I gave it any gas it kinda bucked around everywhere. Oil pressure went down from 60psi at cruise to 45psi... but that might just be the gauge?
