So.......... What's the diagnosis? Kinda looks like an o-ring integrity problem. Water was definitely getting in there somehow.

/\ /\ Nope! right out of the engine! Those 3 piece apex seals scare the **** out of me! As I thought all the cornerseals on the rear rotor were frozen in, and the outer oil control seals were stuck in on both rotors, and there was one stuck side seal on the front. The corner seals all look like ****, but I got al new seals except for apex. All the housings, both rotors, and apex seals are in amazing shape. I can't wait to get this beioch back together. Anyone want to donate some apex seals, or trade me for some of my for sale stuff?

If you got good stock springs to use I would just get some RA seals... if you can spare $182. Hope someone around has some good seals that they can hook you up with.

You certainly didn't waste any time getting torn into that thing. I will call Mazda and see what my cost would be. S5 engine right? And 2-piece seals correct? Can't wait to see another turbo 1st gen. Davids, Iotus, Blue, Woundup, and now yours. Nice show "force"'d induction there!

Only problem I see Dave having with his is getting traction! Think your chassis is going to be able to handle the abuse of that power Z? For the HP and TQ you are going to have those wheels are going to be like bicycle wheels LOL!
