Yeah, that's what I'm figuring.... I just haven't had a chance to get under it yet.

Took her for her first successful test drive since gutting the engine bay last night!! So excited. Too bad the battery is now shot.. LoL

With no emissions she smokes a little more during warm-up but man she wants to pull sooo bad.... It's taking a lot to keep my foot off the gas!!! HA!

Holy crap it has been a while since I posted on here....

Soooo I've been busy.. expanded our online parts business to a full fledged performance garage after about 10 months in business. That has kept me VERY busy which has taken away from my FD time.. :-/ Good news is I now have lifts and air tools!!! :-D

Mechanic and I tore her down and finished the non-sequential conversion (welded the manifold, etc) and I also swapped in a wrapped down-pipe and new mid-pipe (no more cats!!). The sound is just awesome now! I love the rotary drone!!!

I have sourced pretty much every part I need and we will soon be doing the auto > manual swap. I also purchased a second 13b short block for $50 (read that right) and I have a machine shop dying to get his hands on it to play with.

Down side right now is that I get a relatively consistent stream of bubbles in my coolant filler neck if I leave the lid off.... Champagne test failed so I likely have a coolant seal issue... *sigh* Plan is to rebuild before too long and go big single. :-) She does still sound amazing and we got the idle problems fixed and she no longer smokes like a freight train on start up!

Here's an odd thing for you guys... My tach rarely ever worked. I just assumed it was the solder points in the cluster... We finished that non-sequential and now it works perfect!! Anyone else have that happen? I'm guessing maybe it was a bad ground.
