Shane, you can get a deck and install kit to fit pretty easy. First thing to get is the deck. Go XM man. For real, you'll love it. Maybe a dvd pop-up screen. I've put a Comp Bandpass in the rear w/ 2 15' Blaupunkt woofs. The deck is'nt installed yet, but i've got a Pioneer deh-3300 that with the right amp and capacitors, it'll just pop. Hopefully no smoke!

the thing is that i would rather it be a stock mazda deck, fc or fd would be cool. i think im gonna pull my vert stereo and see how it goes. if it doesnt work then ill start checking my other options. id really like to stay with double din or whatever stock size is though.

i would say, it depends on the color scheme of your car, but i re-installed my own and you see how it came out lol. best buy was the only place i could find a mazda install kit, apparently you cant find them for fb's so you have to buy a generic mazda style install kit and do a little cutting to make it fit.
but good luck finding an install kit that will look descent with that "wood" trim
