Will I Lose My License!?
#41
We have all been there on the speeding thing. We have all gotten tickets and paid through our asses and some times you feel jilted after recieving a ticket or two. Anyways I am not by any strech of the imagination denying that I have not sped on occasions, but after years of police intervention on many of my excursions I think I have a good enough feel for when, where and how to drive fast on a public road/highway (adaptive). Its becoming one with your environment.
Many of the ligit hangouts here in FLA have been disrupted by some stupid kid or adult pulling into a strip mall parking lot and doing several burnouts etc.
Other cases are speeding through a neighborhood with kids playing all around. I know many of you have seen this happen. Do you say "OOOHHH thats COOL".
I think we were just trying to temper this kids over zealousness to explore the limits of his automobile. Give him advice as to the direction to take in dealing with his ticket ordeal. I suggested he go find a ticket lawyer.
As for what happens in CALI when you get caught speeding, "I don't know". I can say that in FLA if your speeding takes you to court too often or is quantified as drag racing:-
1) You lose your license for a year
2) You go to jail for up to 90 days
3) You lose your car......seized.......Kaput......Gone.......Period (even if you're making payments)
Say BYE BYE to that ride.
So with this understanding we choose our battles wisely, and commit our kills safely so we can all come here to NoPistons and boast about it.
Side Note:-
I have a buddy that owns a SRT-4 with turbo upgrade etc. He literally feels this is the fastest car ever made.
Well, when I am done with my secondary bridge Turbo FC I plan on giving him the *** whooping of a life time and I will come right here to report to you lads. So go figure.

Haha, some poor kid goes over the speed limit a little bit, and suddenly he's gona create the nastiest wreck anyone has ever seen. I'm sure none of us have ever done twice or triple the speed limit before....

I did 155mph down the road to my parents house. Its a small 2 lane road (55mph zone) with a long straight stretch that goes into a series of curves. I've come out of the last 45mph curve going into the straight stretch at 120mph plenty of times.

Do you guys remember the post someone made about the Audi that was split in half in Europe because it hit a tree while speeding? Now that **** made me decide not to ever use excessive speed on local roads and highways.
