****, I guess I shouldn't have sold my motorcycle. I'm thinking of buying a bicycle now. Sure, I'd have to leave work 45 minutes earlier, and probably reak of sweat all day, but maybe it would be worth the cost savings (not only gas, but insurance, oil, etc.).

If you really live that close to work get an electric golf cart -- They make some pretty cool ones.

just curious, but where did you find the data saying that the oil companies are making a 200% profit?

we've established that once posted on an internet forum it becomes fact, so he needs not provide any further proof.

Good luck finding any non-bias info regarding anything in the oil industry. I've set up a massive solar panel system in my yard 3 times and everytime for some odd reason it rains bits of lead on them and breaks them.

yes, actually teh intarweb has made science and its efforts obsolete, as well it should, its tedious and boring.

its much better to say the oil companies have made an upswing in profits, not just due to the price of oil, but also because they operate in zero gravity...

actually on the news yesterday some 'expert' said that gas will be down significantly by the end of the year. Right now he said the market is just on edge so little things make them jack the prices up but we are actually piling up oil. We are not selling as much as we use so it will continue to pile untill the decided 'well ****, we have a LOT of oil we need to get rid of'
