after 8 months of weight training, im pretty well proportioned.. bench went from 135 to 200+ pounds.. curls went from 15 to 35 lbs.. everything has really grown and is starting too look much better... my weight also went from 135 to 160 lbs. i was really skinny and bony in the past.. now i can take off my shirt with letting the bird out of the cage...

now that i bought the bike, that will give my legs more of a workout, and will take care of the little bit of pudge left on my body.

Damn straight. 4 year bass drummer (by choice). State champs all 4 years, never got anything but 1's at competition. Undefeated at all competitions, in state and out. I loved it. I was also a very good concert band percussionist. I liked playing the odd stuff like bongos, toms, various shakers, etc...

How many people were on your drumline? we had 2 quints, 4 snares, and 5 basses. Our practice's started at 8 am and got out at 5-6 pm with a 1.5hr lunch break, we had 2 weeks of this before school started. During school we had drumline only practice on mondays till 5, and full band practice on tuesdays and thursdays till 5 also. We went to every football game, every friday night, and had saturday practices for 2 weeks before competitions.

It was a LOT of very hard work, but I enjoyed it. I'm already starting to miss the competitiveness of it, but I'm not getting back in it for college. I would rather have my party/drunk time than be practicing.

I reached my goal of getting OVER 200lbs. I started out at 170, and packed on 30lbs of muscle. It kinda pisses me off though, cause I still don't really look "built" I'm just thick, you can see the muscles pretty well, they just don't all have the cut and carved definition yet. I'll work on that after I hit my new goal of 220. I figured pack on the 50lbs of muscle, then shape it all up. Should be pretty damn sexy by the end of the summer.
