So, I weighed myself in Florida when we got there, 231. When we left, a mere 5 days later, 232.5 lbs.
The routine since I returned is everyday either: Bike Punching bag Run Lift, situps, pushups Tonight was a little triathalon - Punching bag for an hour, followed by situps and pushups for an hour, chased down with a 30 minute run and 20 mins of stretching. I think I'm ready to start tracking my weight, I'd like to see 220 by the end of March. |

I've previously never broken 180, hovered around 175-178 for awhile. After maybe 10 sessions working out at the gym, I weigh ~183. 6'4".

i'm down to about 160ish from about 180; stop eating so damn much! and get some excerscise!
