Time To Get A Scale.

So, I weighed myself in Florida when we got there, 231. When we left, a mere 5 days later, 232.5 lbs.
The routine since I returned is everyday either:
Bike
Punching bag
Run
Lift, situps, pushups
Tonight was a little triathalon - Punching bag for an hour, followed by situps and pushups for an hour, chased down with a 30 minute run and 20 mins of stretching.
I think I'm ready to start tracking my weight, I'd like to see 220 by the end of March.
