OK, maybe this should go under kills or pre-kills. While my best friend is in Afghanistan having fun, I'm taking advantage of his absence.

I figure this is the perfect time to get my car suped to take on his 94 Z-28. It's an automatic with exhaust and 3:73's. He doesn't have a whole lot of mods but it only has like 40,000 miles on it. I think the best time he ever got at the track was 13.94 on drag tires. Mostly he runs low 14s.

I GOTTA BEAT THIS!!! when he gets back.

Right now, I only have a 1990 gxl with series 5 j-spec turbo 2 engine and drivetrain basically everything else is stock with the exception of a few minor mods, FCD, airbox gone,type-s BOV, no cats, 3in exhaust. I really don't even know how fast the car is gonna be yet, since I haven't driven it since all the conversion. Assuminig everything is good, what else do I need to show him up in front of all his stupid F-body club friends???

I'll even put a NOPISTONS.COM sticker on my car when I race him. But I have to win! THIS WILL BE FOR ALL THE TIMES ONE OF US HAS BEEN BEATEN BY A TRANS-AM, FIREBIRD OR CAMARO, LET'S MAKE THEM DOUBLE TAKE EVERYTIME THEY SEE AN RX-7 PASS BY!!!!!

with full 3" exhaust, boost controller, upgraded fuel pump, fmic. you should be in the 13's. might want to consider a s-afc and some bigger secondaries.

The ND pump for Supras is very good, as long as you don't need to go past fuel preesure of 45-50 PSI. That's what I have, but I think I'm going to sump my tank and go with the big Aeromotive pump.
