It depends on the car, the tires, the clutch, and the surface you're launching on. At the track in NY with my Eagle HP Ultras, I could launch at 6500 (pure clutch drop) and get 1.99 60' times, but at the track in IA, with older, crappy tires, if I dropped the clutch at over 5000 rpms, I would get wheelspin and 2.3 second 60' times.
