that was a very smart move.

A friend who wrecked his car badly went into the hospital, i didn't know he crashed until he saw me 3 weeks later.

While he was in the hosiptal the car was in the impound lot/insurance adjusteres.

When he got back he was missing a alpine deck, all the amps, the door panels were ripped open and the speakers taken out.

He was also missing his set of VOlk racing rims, he had snow tires on in the middle of the summer?

The insurance coampny says that is how the car was and that he would not be reimbursed. He called a lawyer, two days later the insurance company paid retail price for everything he listed on his car.
yah they stole my sunglasses from mine

Damn, I'm sorry about the accident, Vosko! I had a similar accident in my old POS Cavalier a few years back-- I was was going straight, and some stupid b&*tch turned left in front of me to take a freeway entrance. I had a better cop, though. After listening to her whiny argument that because my car hit hers, it was my fault, he calmly explained to her that: (1) I had the right of way, (2) she was 100% at fault, (3) he would write the report stating she was 100% at fault, and (4) if he was called to testify in court, he would state that she was 100% at fault. [this guy is my all-time favorite cop ]

Given the facts that you've presented, I don't see how your cop could reasonably conclude that you had any portion of the fault. Hopefully, your photos and skid analysis will prevail.

One last thing-- whether you've got any pain or not, you should have a medical examination. You don't want to f&*k around with a latent injury. The exam should be part of what you paid for with your policy anyway. If, God forbid, it turns out that you're seriously injured, the prompt exams will help you to establish that the accident was the cause of the injuries, and that will make any collections (from insurance or otherwise) easier to collect. If your insurer asks you whether you are okay, try to avoid saying "Yes, I'm fine," unless you really know that for sure (i.e., the doctors confirm that you are fine).
