so i'm cruising down a backroad at 35mph..... and a jetta decides to make a left turn in front of me. i nail the brakes and lock them up skid for a few feet BOOM...... yup my FD is fucked might be totalled. i will pix up later. both of us fine but both cars are fucked. even better is that the cop said we are both at fault. isn't it supposed to be that the person turning is always at fault. anyway i now have a long court battle ahead. it is a great thing i saved reciepts for everything on the car

I had a close call the other day with someone doing something similar... I was thinking "Can't you F**KING see me?!?!?!?" I was a little luckier though
