You were driveing a sports car.. of course you were speeding.. :sly cant they tell how fast you were going by your skidmarks??

 

i only left two skid marks so it would be hard to determine

 

There is a specialist that can calculate all types of stuff from just looking at tire marks and assessing the situation..

His skid looks to be about 30 feet long, 0% grade, asphalt and dry conditions, that site says 26-28 MPH. You're gonna be alright Vos.

 

he put 50 FT on the police report which says average speed of 34-36MPH which means again i am fine

 

i have been on the phone for a few hours with both insurance companies. i need to get the police report fixed so it is 100% his fault the downside is that the cop went on vacay for 2 weeks. i'm gonna talk to the local guy i know and see what he says tomorrow. i also received a call from the "total loss" division. without even seeing the car they think it might be totaled.......... they also want all my receipts for the engine, tranny, turbo everything
