Sorry to hear about what happened Vosko. I think this car can be repaired very easily. I have seen much much worse and the cars were brought back in great condition.

. . .

I think if you pulled the motor as well as getting the parts from forum members. It would not cost that much to repair.

Looks like you got a LOT of support from your fellow forum friends and they seem to be doing a good job cheering you up lol

It can only get better!

Sorry about your car Jon, I'd hate to see my car looking like that. Did the other guy offer any excuses at the accident?

Hope it all works out for you.

I was serious about that right of way comment. Throw that out if need be.. then see if his insurance company is a little more willing to cooperate.

Edit: Wait.. is NJ a "no fault" state? I hope not for your sake.
well the jetta was supposed to stop anyways..... reguardless of whether there was a stop sign or not......... he was at the end of his road at a "T" intersection. so that means whether vosko was going 10mph or 35 or faster, he should have looked cuz vosko had right of way.

oh yea one more thing......... vosko, make sure they are going to cover your racingbeat wheels....... cuz if not you can put some stock wheels on there, hit it with a mallet a few times, and get the money from it
