My yellow FD is under the knife getting a heart transpland and a slight face lift..
Sorry to hear about what happened Vosko. I think this car can be repaired very easily. I have seen much much worse and the cars were brought back in great condition.
. . .
I think if you pulled the motor as well as getting the parts from forum members. It would not cost that much to repair.
Looks like you got a LOT of support from your fellow forum friends and they seem to be doing a good job cheering you up lol
It can only get better!

I was serious about that right of way comment. Throw that out if need be.. then see if his insurance company is a little more willing to cooperate.
Edit: Wait.. is NJ a "no fault" state? I hope not for your sake.

oh yea one more thing......... vosko, make sure they are going to cover your racingbeat wheels....... cuz if not you can put some stock wheels on there, hit it with a mallet a few times, and get the money from it
yeah i know the lady from my insurance was telling me about totaling it blah blah blah.... she is like normally they don't let you buy the car back. i said well i have the title and its at my house soooo yeah if it is totalled i'm gonna buy it back lol
