How can they stop you from buying it back? Tell the ******* that puuled out in front of you that he has to buy it back fro you and then take it from him after beating his ***.

Anyway you description of the accident shows that it should be all his fault. I had some guy hit me whne i had my FD for 3 months. His insurance payed $7000 to fix my FD. I alse went through 6 weeks physcal therapy for my back.

no i meant mike... i know where yours is. mike got his back a while ago. haven't heard anything since it was in the body shop for like 6months [/quote]

its back at the shop, they are finishing up some little things, it actually runs too

my neck and back hurt a little but just a little sore if it doesn't go away tomorrow i'll go have it checked out at the insurance companies expense

yah, its not as bad as it looked the first time. the frame rail looks straight, but the strut tower moved back and in, not the end of the world. it could be rebuilt better than it was too
