I almost bought one of those cars, , then the 7 was the other option, well lets just say i didn't think twice after driving my car. That is way too much $$$ IMO. Get a TII for like 4k, spend 2k on a different econ bin honda for good reliable daily driver, thats what i would do.

The Del Sol's are prone to leaky tops and the little auxillary headlights burn out frequently on early models. Its the closest thing to a lemon that Honda ever made. I'd stay away from it, especially since its kind of a chick car.

A Del Sol....err....a Honda Del Sol to replace an RX-7???

Del Sol Honda

That car is a shitbox, the ONLY honda I would remotely consider

would be the S2000 and I would still keep the 7, RWD is a necessity.

FWD automobiles are similar to old folks having sex; slow and sloppy.
u forgot the nsx

well they do have a double wishbone suspension in the front and rear which is superior to the mcphearson style like a second gen, i know the 3rd gen rx7 has double wishbone suspension front and rear to, have you ever done 150? but like i said all opinions are pprciate, im not trying to start any flames keep em coming :bigok:

Okay, given, yes they have a better suspension design, but how things are tuned will change things a lot. What's the weight distribution? What about torque steer with the FWD? Lots of stuff to consider, here. Also, there is no reason you can't tweak the suspension bits in your RX-7 to make it a better handling car, not that its bad to begin with.
