it doesnt matter what she was wering. pedestrians have the right of way, the car could be going 30 mph and the person can jump off the curb into the car and its still the drivers fault. or at least i remember thatmuch from my driving classes.

yes but visibility and such is taken into account, technically that lady left the scene of an accident that she was part of, which is illegal.



here in NJ when you hit something you battle for no fault, everywhere else you're pretty screwed tho (dont worry they make up for it, we have the highest insurance in the country, woot)

sorry i cant spell coffee. to think of it i cant realy spell at all. got the hood open to day. god its a mess the raidator is still intact so, thats

good. i think i have a little bit of frame damage hopefully my copyer

will be working to night so i can show you all the pics.
