Broken antenna mast
The antenna gets fastened to the body inbetween the spoiler and body. You don't really have any other option, but removing the spoiler just consists of removing a few screws. So you shouldn't mess up the paint if you do it right.
I talked to a guy that replaces them, and he said he has messed up the paint on everyone he has done. The spoilers are sealed from the paint and he said they chip when removed! He suggested an alternative solution, something about antennas that stick on the glass?
