How'd you figure the mustang was a v6? certainly looked and sounded like the roush?

What said Roush about that stang to you?

It has V6 rims, V6 front Grille (No big fog lights), No GT badge on the side, No Dual Exhaust. It's a V6. 100%

He makes good money but that’s about all that's good.

Some other annoying thoughts that come to mind about him is when he bought a Ford GT that had an aftermarket alarm installed on it that kept failing and killing the car. This was a Company local to him but rather than blame the company he blames Ford. (Ford did contract out this company to install the alarms on the GT though.

He tested the SVT Lightning and made fun of the interior because it was falling apart (poking fun at Ford) yet it was a Local aftermarket company that did a Right Hand Drive conversion on the Lightings sold over there. I.E. the fact that the interior was falling apart had nothing to do with Ford.

There are a bunch more that I have seen and that are a lot worse but I digress.

I would love to have his job and he has his funny moments now and then but he just makes too many errors to be taken seriously.

I did a quick search since I was sure I could not be the only one who noticed this error and it did not take long to find I was right.

Top Gear tests a Mustang Convertible V6 but Top Gear states the car is a "4.6 V8 with 300hp" but they used a V6 Mustang. The video clearly shows a V6 Mustang. More American bashing by Top Gear but now they are flat out lying. How can Jeremy Clarkson, a car aficionado screw this up?

Oh right, I wouldn't know about that one - we don't have mustangs here so I'd be lucky if I could tell whether it was a v6, but the one racing the exige was a roush wasnt it?

That could very well be. To be honest I stopped watching after the test with the horse and the Mustang.

yea the v6 vert stang is the slowest one, thats why they used it.

anyway we all sound like a bunch of magazine racers now, what has he done to us!

the atom is cool, but i mean.....its a go kart, come on. an overly engineered gokart. i understand its crazy abilities and bla bla bla, and eprsonally i like the car. but comparing any car in the world to a over-engineered 300bhp go-kart is like comparing a pornstar to jailbait.

if your gonna go on about the video and bash him at least watch the whole thing, yes there was a roush and he said it was amazing, and ive been in many fords, svt's cobras, and a lightning and the interiors are ****. they are comfy for the most part but the quality of interior switches and handles are ****. same with vettes interiors are ****. the interior in my last audi was SOLID some of the electronics were a pain to fix when they broke and parts were spendy but i would rather pay out my *** and have a car that didnt crack into 100 pieces

When I see an automotive journalist saying he is sitting in a 300hp 4.6L mustang when it is in fact a V6 there is nothing he can say in the rest of the video that will change my opinion of their journalistic talent.

The interiors of the Lighting (most Fords for that matter) is not the greatest and I have never refuted that. My point was, as stated above, he was making reference to the fact that it was falling apart and things didn’t align right and that was obviously the fault of the company that did the conversion.

well your audi is 1 in a million then.

every audi/vw ive been in generally has broken cupholders, sunvisors, gloveboxes, ashtrays and numerous other things. and lets not get started on the cost to replace the glovebox on a stupid vw...or well any of those things really. it seems to always start at around $300 for anything.

hell my vw's DOOR LATCH BROKE. and i figure "ehh under $100 easy"....but noooooo its some stupid computerized ******* door latch that was like $400 AT COST. nevermind the fact i had to drive to my shop holding the door closed so it wouldnt swing open wildly.
