My point was, as stated above, he was making reference to the fact that it was falling apart and things didn’t align right and that was obviously the fault of the company that did the conversion.

Don't get me wrong. I owned an 02 Lighting and never had any issues. The material is not the best but the fit and finish was great and I never had any rattles. Even after a built motor and Kenne Bell and many 1/4 mile runs with over 700 ft lbs of torque I never heard so much as a squeek. When I say they are not the greatest, I mean they do not compare to a BMW's interior in terms of the products used.

hell my vw's DOOR LATCH BROKE. and i figure "ehh under $100 easy"....but noooooo its some stupid computerized ******* door latch that was like $400 AT COST. nevermind the fact i had to drive to my shop holding the door closed so it wouldnt swing open wildly.
