That stuff over there barely needed to be cooked and it mustve tasted like god's poo which i would imagine to taste divine.

The two best ways to have salmon: sashimi or deep fried. It's damn good raw, and it's not hard to get sashimi grade stuff (at least on the west coast). But you have to be down with japanese food for that. Or make fish and chips. Use a lemon dill sauce or even just the usual tartar and it's delightful. I don't know how you people live without good salmon...

Haha. Enough beer and even a catfish burned in an iron skillet tastes good.
