Chick talkin on her cell phone swung a little wide and hit me at the BACK of the car, right behind the driver's door, didn't even try to stop. She of course says I cut the corner so who the **** knows what will happen with the at-fault. Cop said she couldn't determine fault so it looks like it'll be our insurance footing the bill. No idea how much the damage is, door won't open and rear fender is jacked.

Yea, of course the chick was talking on her cell phone. I saw her and thought she was going to stop. I do find it hard to believe that i get tboned in the very back part of the car and it is my fault? what the hell she obviously should have seen me. it was in a parking lot of course.

That's bullshit...they want to ban cellphones while driving here but i dont see it happening since the worse ones to do it are the po-po.

yea but you know of course her story is she wasnt on her cell phone and I cut in front her and somehow slammed my rear quarter panel into her front bumber. Not really sure how an adjuster can say its my fault, i mean really even if i had cut the lane you don't just plow into the person as the go by LOL

Her story is that she wasn't on the cell and that your car magically propelled itself in a direction not possible using the wheels? Maybe she thinks you've got one of those Jeep Hurricane concepts from a couple years back since you'd need to pivot your back wheels to make her bumper hit your rear quarter panel. The cop probably just wanted to let someone else deliver the news to the chick that she sucks at driving and has no right being on the road.

Yea we were just talking about it on the way home, I'm not really sure how it could have went down the way she claims, I basically would have had to been driving strait at the retention pond on the other side of the road, that's about the only way i could see her hitting my tbone in the rear. oh well **** it i have no accidents or tickets i doubt my rates will even go up if they determine it was no one's fault.
