you should have the availability to take her to court and plead your case...

ive had to do the same when we were tboned years back..

long story short.. came prepared with diagrams to show it wasnt possible to have been my fault..

Chick talkin on her cell phone swung a little wide and hit me at the BACK of the car, right behind the driver's door, didn't even try to stop. She of course says I cut the corner so who the **** knows what will happen with the at-fault. Cop said she couldn't determine fault so it looks like it'll be our insurance footing the bill. No idea how much the damage is, door won't open and rear fender is jacked.

why can nobody take responsibility and say "yeah i fucked up", like ever?

Because noone likes taking responsibility for their actions...it's always someone else's fault. I like taking responsibility for my actions, it gives me a clear conscience and it makes it more believable when someone else ***** up and lies that I would be less likely to have done it...

There should be stricter fines and punishments for lyings sacks of ****.

I got T-boned by a squirrel this week in my mini. I felt bad for the poor guy, but it was his own fault. A perfectly good tree on the side of the road to run up, but he ran straight for me. Whats with these fury woodland creatures?

Bummer dude.

Since it was in a parking lot the police cant enforce traffic laws, except - reckless, handicap, or DUI (AZ Laws) because of the private property.

If you can show your insurance it was her fault then they can pay for the damage.
