im breaking my salmon cherry
i seasoned it and put melted butter on it and stuffed it in the oven. i cut some veggies and sprinkled it on top. how do you cook this stuff other than smoking it on a barbeque?

Grill like on those interior grills. FOREMAN STYLE!
tracy formaned it up last night, beef and chicken though
when we were in canada, we bartered for a nice piece o-fish, and it got cooked on a piece of cedar. that was really nice too

You definitely got to stick with the fattier salmon like the sockeye. The kings will dry out too much when you bake or smoke them. I think kokanee is some of the best salmon out there, it is super greasy and full of flavor. I had some copper river once but I wasn't too impressed, It was way too expensive.
