tracy formaned it up last night, beef and chicken though when we were in canada, we bartered for a nice piece o-fish, and it got cooked on a piece of cedar. that was really nice too |
i smoke it in a smoker
seriously its soo good |
i hate salmon, except for sockeye and it has to be cooked and ate the day I catch it. I'm from washington I also hate apples. Good day.

Ew, salmon. I can only eat it if it's cooked in such a way that it tastes nothing like it's supposed to taste. Like smoke it high hell, then cover it in some kind of sauce.

Out here they have Atlantic Salmon which is even worse, it's not even fit for human consumption.

i like lox

You definitely got to stick with the fattier salmon like the sockeye. The kings will dry out too much when you bake or smoke them. I think kokanee is some of the best salmon out there, it is super greasy and full of flavor. I had some copper river once but I wasn't too impressed, It was way too expensive.
