I won't race anyone if there are other cars around (except on the freeway), you never know if one of those other cars is a cop.

umm. if your the only driver you get a multicar discount. my FD insurance with full coverage and TII are $1900 year

yeah i already get that, but dammit i hate paying insurance. especially when it comes down to they **** u over.

 

RotaryDragon is right. You should come to the MAC MOWOG auto-x events. There is one this upcoming Sunday, May 5th at Midway Stadium in St. Paul. $30 for non-members, they may charge less for first-timers. I'll be there with my FD provided it isn't raining ( or snowing !! ). Look for my number if you make it: #425 ASP

Sadly enough the Novice Driver's Training, which was supposed to be held yesterday, was cancelled because of snow. :notify:

Of course, 14 times pulled over might be a few more than mine..



Nonetheless, I have been pulled over about 5 times within the last month, tickets totaling to about $350.00, though not all for racing (the second to the last one was for running a stop sign because I was chasing a Ferrari to get a better look at it! )



Anyway, I know what you mean! When I get in my car, I wanna DRIVE!! Not Sunday-style, but with speed and finesse! :smilewinkgrin: And, whenever I am at a light or on the interstate and there are riced out cars, people who want to race, or people I want to race, I go for it...every time. Even when I know I'm going to lose. I suppose sometimes I am just counting on being a better driver...Which has happened before. But mostly, I just won't back down from a race. I hate getting my *** handed to me for sure...but I am just more motivated to save more money to mod her out and yeah, maybe join SCCA. But for now, with no $$, you won't see me backing down from a race. Ever.
