Yeah i know what a wrangler is like I drove my brothers for over a year. Most of the winter i only had the bikini top on it. The bracing for the soft tops are shitty. I have had the bars break on me before.
I don't know how they are on the Trendy Jeep, but on the Yj my brother had they were bolted not welded.

Lol, honestly...I take no faith in that hardtop over the soft top in safety. I nicked a brick column "BARELY" with my hard top while putting it in the garage over the summer and it just chipped it right off... they are heavy sure, solid, sure..protects agains the elements...definately..but safe? no.....
