I.quit.eating.pretty.much.and.have.been.working.ou t.a.lot.not.trying.to.lose.weight.really.though

Just.getting.the.muscle.toned.again.and.cutting.fa t...When.i.do.eat.its.something.i.cooked.not.fast

food.or.anything.i.dont.have.anything.to.weigh.my. self.on.but.ill.check.in.a.week.and.see.how.its.do ing
