Raced the 24 hour race in B-spec LOL.
the car is pretty bad ***, corners like nothing else, 7 gears, top speed around 210 with a reasonably narrow trans set up.
Only downside if you can't buy anything for it, not even tires, no nitro, no upgrades. oh and you get 1.2 million when you win the race.

The Nurburgring? I'm 6 hours into it as we speak - do they make you do the full 24 hours? That can't be too good for the old playstation.

It's a race, I won by about one lap when it was over, but it was 202 laps.
I didn't race it though, like I said I did it in B-spec, I ran the first 10 laps at full on, then backed it off to 4 and went to bed, woke up, it was still running, went to work, it was still running, came home and it finished up about 6pm. There's no way I could run 24 hours on my own, I get bored with the 1 lap races.

Just letting it do its thing on the 24 hour on B Spec. Only on lap 18 and its already 1 lap up on all but 1 car. Im using the Merc CLK LM Racer with the nastiest turbo I could buy though so I am definately cheating.

Haha me too - Im 14 1/2 hours into it, on lap 121 and 6 laps ahead - but I only have the patience to do it once, so I'm making sure.
