anyone use this stuff? i used it last year for a little while but was short on cash so i never took the 9 pill a day dosages, and wasnt really working out much while using it. i think im gonna start using it again, but actually do the 9 pill a day doses, and do some working out at the same time, im getting a little thick around the waist, and other places in general.

I used it years ago, when i had a trainer. I lost weight. just don't take it if you have to be still for a while. I would sit in class and just like vibrate in the chair until i could get out and run around. Or talk really fast.

most of them aren't like that anymore since they cut the ephedra out.

it doesnt have ephedra anymore, and they even make a version thats caffiene free. when i used it before i was always hot though. guess it was burning fat or something

I have thought about using it again. Since Baldy and I are going to the gym again. That would be great not to be a big 'ol bag of hyper.

Alright, since no one wants free advice on how to loose weight, send me $40, then another $20 per pound you lose and do the following:



Eat whatever the EFF you want, but precede everything with a glass of water, and 6 celery stalks.



There, now that it costs money AND has a silly catch will you use it? I mean your money is better off being spent on RX-7's than some corporate guy's hooker.

after you have a glass of water and 6 celery stalks you wont be able to eat anything else, which will basically be like anorexia bc celery is just water so all of your intake will be water.
