i had this great diet that i was forced to go on bc of finances a couple of years ago, its called the cheesburger diet. for school i would have to get up at about 6. then when school was over, around noon, i would go to McDs and get a double cheese with no pickles, this was all i could afford bc my tranny had gone out and i was only working about 20 hours a week bc of school. after lunch i would go to work and then not eat dinner until 7 or 8, and eat i ate whatever i wanted. doing this i lost about 25 pounds in 3 months.
to sum it up:
get up early
dont eat til noonish
eat a doublecheese (sometimes a taco and burrito from TB is ok)
dont eat til 7 or 8
eat whatever you want
repeat
i think the key is all the time you are awake when your body is metabolising but youre not feeding it so its burning calories and fat.

We have a friend like that. Thin as a rail, but dr. told her that her cholesterol is real high.

To do that, only eat fast food chicken fingers and nuggets. Lots of fries. Only Dr. Pepper. Eat maybe twice a day, of said food. No water or veggies. And smoke at least two packs of Marlboro Lights 100's a day. You will weigh around 100 lbs even. Promise. it works for her.
