Make too little, have too many bills, a family of 3 to take care of, and wouldnt have a car at all if Josh hadnt gotten me one. BUT, on the good side, I can pay all bills every month, and pay for my mom's medicine, but no fun money or savings yet......

No debt here, but no income either. Without my license or my car I have no way to get a job to work around school. I am living off of my summer savings and financial aid, which at $450 a month rent isnt gonna last long. ****, I forgot about college loans, I guess I am in debt .

I've gone from saving $500+ a month to almost nothing. There's hope of a raise and some commission checks very soon, but I still hate the idea of not saving much.
How much (If not a dollar amount, then percentage) do you save a month?

put your mind to it and you can save, I saved $40000 in one year to put the downpayment on my house
Mind to it? If I saved every dollar I made this year I wouldn't be at $40k
But yea, I just got two rental listings, assuring me something like $1.2k once they are rented. Plus I am closing on a small home making $2.5k soon. That's all money in the bank, outside my normal salary!

I was making a point, for years I always had a few dollars in the bank, I had debt, rent, other bills, but once I put my mind to it I saved more money.
Took on side work, kept my eyes out for cars that could make me profit, jet skis that made me money, and in one year my bank account gained, I havent looked back since keeping the same philosophy.
