Owning a modified car does not allow you to do much saving or much of anything, I can testify to that. Well at least I got me a good wife a new house and a decent job.

I have some funds available which I intend to invest in some additional real estate soon.

Yeah finances suck, i was doing a little adding and looking and found after paying all bills and everything i have about 10.00 left. Of course being young and moving on my own doent help much. I need to find a good paying job.
