You know how banzai is, whatever is already assembled is automatically more efficient...



I really like those, I'm curious where they came from

The problem I forsee with making your own is quick throttle response. Normal blade throttles will open and close almost instantly without a heavy return spring because there is almost no friction. With the slide throttle stuff I posted, its from an aviation source (www.rotaryeng.net), where throttle response isnt an issue.



And banzai, those things are sexy. But I didnt see you mention what they were originally off...

BELIEVE ME!!! Throttle response will not be a problem!!!! These things are smooth. The reason I busted on adam is the drawing doesnt show the bearings!



These came from a person who was connected to the Mazda Racing Program in the 80's. MAZDA MOTORSPORTS (Brian/Scott) have heard of their existance, but know none of the details. I am searching for more info
