Every man is responsible for his own actions, and here we don't punish the solicitor for doing his rightful business. The bar didn't have anything to do with this, after all, who would Luis sue if the guy had been drinking at home or at a friend's place?

 

The states are a land of assuming responsibility for other's actions.

 

Well he may be able to sue, but I could not sue the proprietor in good conscience, prolly the same person that bitches about the cost of a beer in a bar, well now you know why it costs so much, if you think businesses bare the responsibility of frivilous law suits your very mistaken, we the consumer bare the responsibility. I think he is definetely entitled to some money for his pain and suffering, however I do not think the bar or the employer should bare that burden. How do you know the bar didn't call him a cab and he walked out front and got in his truck, how do you know they didn't cut him off and he hopped in his truck and cracked a bottle he had under the seat?



He should be responsible, not someone else.



Sueing the company is like me sueing you cause some guy stole your car or legally borrowed it, got drunk and hit me. Would you be telling me to sue you if that happened?

 

I learned one thing early in life, no matter what I do and who does or doesn't find out about it, there's one guy I gotta face in the mirror every morning and there's no running or hiding from him.

I learned that "hey maybe we can get more money if we sue a corporation as well as the one who is culpable" from hollywood, and the american media.



I personally feel that the truck driver should solely be responsible for his actions.

 

The business has been running for nearly 2 months and i've got 50 staff members, 42 workers and 7 office staff so far, that's not including Jen and Myself. I employed Jens dad, to keep him busy from when Jens mum died. He lives with us at the moment and that's cool. He keeps me up to date with what's happening on the sites as I'm not allowed to return back to work for another 4 weeks.



Jen spoke to mazda and there going to investigate the cause of the air bags not working. I'll let you guy's now the results.
