I'm Back.

I'm filling a bit better now and moving around a bit more and I'd like to thank all of you guys/girls for your support. Thanks

My solicitor represented me in court and I'm receiving $79000 from the accused in compensation, $12000 more than expected.

Heard back from mazda and they have no idea why the air bags didn't open. My insurance company has granted me that I'll be receiving either 1: New Rx8 Or 2: The value of a new Rx8 in cash. I'll take number 2 thanks.

Mazda said that with the car and doing tests with it, they'll give me a report on why the air bags didn't open, but that so far there was no cause.

I'll keep you Rx8 owner posted with the result.

Had a look at the Rx8 and she's RIP. To give you guy's an idea, the car looks like an hour glass.

Thanks again guy's.

Luis and Jen

Hi all.

Just a quick update for you guy's from Luis.

We recieved a letter from mazda and they have confirmed that there was something wrong with the air bag system. There going to do a recall to owners of Rx8's in Australia. I 'll let you guy or Luis can tell you what the outcome is.
