I got punished today for that thread. It has been cloudy and rainy all day.
Sorry fo rthe crappy weather up North fellas.
If its any consolation we are still pretty jacked up down here hurricane damage wise. I need to replace 50% of my fence in my backyard and got 20% of the money needed from the Insurance company.
I am STILL waiting to get back into a normal office after 3 months. My internet connection at home has never been the same since the hurricanes. I still have no internet at work. Some roads are still closed for repairs causing the other roads to have rediculas traffic.
A LOT of people down here still do not have roofs and there is a waiting list to get:
A. A company to come replace it at 3X the normal cost.
B. Materials to replace the roof.
Most companies are sending trucks to Texas to get materials. We cannot use materials up North because it is the wrong grade shingle.
3 Months after the hurricanes and the only thing we have to smile about is the decent weather we have. Well, the rain is probably causing headaches for the people without roofs right now.
