Yeah to get ripped you use light weight more reps and to bulk up it is heavy weight for less reps.



I am not one to give advice though I am getting ******* fat. I had it pointed out to me at work by a female coworker.

I increase weight, and decrease reps. I don't know what you call it, but that's what I do. Last time I was at the gym I did legs, and almost puked. Took a week for my legs to stop hurting.

That is kind of like a pyramid workout. I have one that goes 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 1. And you gradually work up from that. It is a really good workout.
