today in weight training i was using the mechanical bench press machine deal. i started it at 200, then did as many as i could, then had my friend help me with like 2 after that, then we did the same for 190, then all the way down to 140, and now i have trouble lifting myself out of my seat :\

youre supposed to increase the weight not decrease.



and mechanical bench press is for sissies, get strong with some free weights.

i feel like a girl on the free weights. everyone else in the class is all super strong and ****. and increasing the weights after a rep doesnt really work.... if you do as much as you possibly can at 150, then 2 mins later your probably gonna get your ass kicked by the 160.

you dont get any stronger by doing it that way. you have to increase (which is why you start way below your threshold for liffting).



start eating some cow balls you get pretty big.

Pushing yourself it key to resistance exercise. You're literally tearing down muscle fibers, forcing your body to create more in their place.
