Burn outs turn into fish tales
#1
Ok last night, the roads were wet so I decided to do some burn out practice so I can do burn outs well next year at the strip.
Got the toe and heel combo going so I can hold my car still while burning out.
My problem is the car did not stay straight when spinning the tires. The right rear side of the car started to come around. I tryed this a few times and got the same results. I'm guess the lsd is really worn out and one tire is getting most of the torque.
I think this is the problem not hooking right off the line and getting wheel hop.
What do you guys think?

can be that or a few other things. if the road is even slightly angled to one side, the car will dip to that side. my car has a posi rear end, and it does the same thing you are talkin about, even thought both tires are spinning....

It does it at the drag strip too, and that's flat. IF I really hit it hard on first from a stop the car accel from starts to go sideways. The rpms climb but I don't feel the speed because it squats a goes side ways.
